CNC, 3D Printing & Prototyping!
We use our 3D printing to manufacture parts for the BattBAG™ Lithium Rechargeable, High Capacity Batteries. Other uses might include, replacing broken plastic parts, decorations, custom plastic models,
prototyping an invention or making a favorite movie item. This process uses PLA hotend plastic layering to create the objects with maximum resolution of 50 microns. Surprisingly inexpensive to produce virtualy any 3D rendering.
Check out the ThingiVerse for objects and the TinkerCad website for building or customization. We use a printer designed
and developed by Tinkerine, of Vancouver, BC. We assembled it ourselves, has a print area of 21cm cubed and we have made several modifications to improve the process.
